The wide range exists because custom development and template-based sites are fundamentally different. Cost is mainly driven by three variables:

• Feature scope: page count, backend modules, third-party integrations (payment, shipping, social, AI APIs)
• Design complexity: applying existing designs vs. fully custom visuals, animation/interactivity, number of responsive breakpoints
• Development timeline: standard schedule vs. rush jobs, plus whether parallel multi-version support is needed

In practice: brochure sites land around NT$15,000–50,000, mid-size sites with backend around NT$60,000–150,000, and large systems or mobile apps around NT$150,000–500,000+. During the free initial consultation we'll give you a ballpark range straight away — no need to pay to find out the rough number.

Standard payment terms:

• Regular projects: 50% on signing, 50% on delivery and launch.
• Large projects (NT$200,000+): 3–4 milestone-based installments (e.g., 30% / 30% / 30% / 10%) to ease your cash flow.
• Monthly services (managed AI sites, maintenance plans): fixed monthly fee, adjustable or cancellable anytime.

We accept bank transfer and ATM transfer. Business clients receive electronic or paper invoices; international clients receive USD/TWD invoices. All payment terms go into the contract and are legally protected on both sides.

Completely understandable — this is a common industry pain point. Our commitment: the contract amount is the final amount, except when:

• You proactively add new requirements: we estimate hours and quote first; work only starts after written approval.
• Force majeure factors: e.g., major third-party platform policy changes (like new Apple review rules) — we communicate honestly and negotiate solutions.
• Usage-based fees: third-party service costs (SMS, API usage, cloud traffic) are billed at cost, with billing terms disclosed upfront.

The initial quote lists both "included" and "not included" items to eliminate gray areas. 85%+ of our projects finish at the originally signed amount.

Yes — after payment we provide formal documentation:

• Business clients: electronic invoices (B2B triplicate or B2C duplicate), valid as business expense records.
• Individual clients: receipts or donation-style invoices (charity codes supported).
• Overseas businesses / individuals: official invoices from ScriptWalker LLC (US-registered), settled in USD or TWD for easier cross-border accounting.

All documentation complies with applicable tax regulations. Custom formats (PO numbers, item categorization) can be arranged in advance.

Yes — but let's clarify the use case. The NT$3,000 plan is a "guided self-build" tier, which includes:

• 1–2 hour tool tutorial (your choice of Wix / Framer / Webflow)
• Site architecture planning recommendations
• AI prompt templates (for content, design, and image generation)
• One final review with revision suggestions

Best for: personal brands, event pages, resume sites, startup MVPs. Not suitable for: projects requiring membership systems, payment processing, complex backends, or deep SEO competition. With a higher budget (NT$10,000 semi-custom, NT$30,000 fully managed), we deliver the complete site for you with no hands-on work required.
